If you have no employees, download and complete the Affidavit of Exempt Status (Kansas Workers' Compensation Waiver)

Liability insurance coverage
Expectations:
- Can receive requests via email
- Can contact tenants directly, schedule in a timely manner, and communicate with us if they cannot reach the tenant
- Send invoices/emails with the amount due with the property address for each amount so we can track expenses by property: Location Properties, 3300 Clinton Parkway Ct, Suite 110, Lawrence, KS 66047 or Accounting@HomesForLease.org
