Disagree With a Security Deposit Deduction?
A review cannot change a deposit decision, but an appeal can. Our Security Deposit Appeal form lets you state exactly which charges you agree and disagree with. Location Properties accounting and staff re-analyze the check-in and check-out reports and the reasoning behind each charge, discuss it with the property owner, and reply to you directly. Appeals need to be raised within thirty (30) days of your reconciliation.
