Electronic Signing with DocuSign
Ready to have Location Properties manage your rentals? Sign the management agreement electronically below. You will receive a completed copy by email, and our team will follow up to finish your onboarding.
To protect our agreement, the full document is not published on this website. It opens securely inside DocuSign after you enter and verify your information there.
What You Will Need
- Legal name of the property owner, or the LLC, Corporation, or Trust that owns the property
- Name, email, and phone number of the person authorized to sign
- Addresses of all properties and units to be managed
After you sign: a completed copy arrives in your email, and our team follows up to finish your onboarding.
Want to Read the Agreement First?
You can. Click the button above and enter your name and email on the DocuSign form. DocuSign emails you the full agreement, and opening it does not obligate you to anything. Nothing is signed or binding until you complete every field and click Finish.
To preview the agreement in DocuSign
- Open the email from DocuSign (search your mail for "DocuSign" and check spam or junk if it is not in your inbox) and click Review Document.
- If DocuSign asks, agree to use electronic records and signatures, then click Continue. That only lets you view the document.
- Scroll through every page and read it at your own pace. You can skip past the highlighted signature fields; they stay empty until you choose to fill them.
- Close the browser tab when you are done. Your DocuSign email reopens the same agreement any time you are ready to sign.
To download a PDF copy
- With the agreement open, click the download icon (the arrow pointing down) in the DocuSign toolbar to save the PDF to your device.
- Or open the Other Actions menu in the top right and choose Print & Sign to print a paper copy. Signing on paper is optional; most owners read the printed copy and then sign electronically from the same email.
