Minimum credit score of 650 to 700 depending on the property
A credit score of 650 or above does not automatically approve an application. We also review the report from your prior landlord, your criminal background check, and your full credit report, and some property owners require a credit score higher than 650
No charge offs to any creditor in the last 24 months
No evictions
No amounts still owed to a prior landlord in the last 24 months
Every adult who will live in the home completes their own application, and criminal, background, and eviction checks apply to every adult household member
When a parent or parents will live in the home with their college age or young adult children, approval is based on the parents' credit as long as the parents meet the credit score requirement; the young adult's credit score is not averaged in. A young adult renting without a parent living in the home is qualified on their own credit, averaged with an approved co-signer's credit
