Dear Resident,

The owner of this property has hired Location Properties Management to manage the property in which you live. Your existing lease is now assigned to Location Properties Management, which now manages the property you rent. We look forward to working with you. Location Properties Management is located in the Realty Executives – Hedges Real Estate building at 1037 Vermont Street, Lawrence, KS 66044.

Most of our information is sent by email, so please contact us to be sure we have your current email address and phone number. We need the current first and last name, email, and phone number for each adult occupant of the property. Email us at Info@HomesForLease.org or call (785) 841-7300 ext. 0.

Once we have your email, we’ll send a Welcome email so you can log in to pay online. If we have your correct cell phone number, you’ll also receive a Welcome and Opt-In text from Location Properties at (317) 820-2287 — that is the number to text to reach our property managers. Please accept the Opt-In request.

Paying rent

Future rent payments should be made online (see below) or by check made payable to Location Properties and mailed to:

We do not accept cash or money orders, which are difficult to replace or track if lost. Online payments from your checking account or credit card on our website post immediately to our system, so that is the best option. Checks are the next best option. If you use online bill-pay, your bank still mails a paper check, so please send it early enough to allow for mail time. You can also set up an automatic EFT from your bank account using the routing and account numbers from the bottom of your checks. Pay online at Location.ManageBuilding.com or HomesForLease.org.

With our online Tenant Portal, you can:
